Who we are (data controller)

What we collect

• Audit & contact enquiries: the name, email, company, website and message you submit through our forms.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical: a one-way hashed form of your IP address (we do not store raw IP addresses) for spam prevention and rate limiting.

Lawful basis

We process audit and contact enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your request and providing our services. We process newsletter subscriptions on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you request, and—where you consented—send you relevant guidance. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Audit tool data

If you use our automated audit, we store the website address you submit, your email, and the resulting scores so we can generate and deliver your report. We crawl only publicly accessible pages of the domain you provide, and we delete stored page content within 30 days.
